joint interests to raise funding for the next MERYC EuNet 4-day early childhood music
education conference at Cambridge University in June 2017.

We are delighted to announce we have been successful in obtaining a small grant for
expenses to run a fundraising training day in September 2016. The awarding body is
Arts Fundraising and Philanthropy.

Thanks to the hard work of the MERYC-UK board of trustees, MERYC’s charitable status
has been confirmed. Final work to the constitution will result in MERYC becoming
a registered charity.
